There are many components to ensure that the Mulch campaign is an absolute success. Fortunately, much of the work can be divided amoungst many positions. Please review the list of jobs below that need to be covered. It's first come first serve to fill the positions so act fast. Again, a lot of help is needed to make this a success. Please contact Joe Speetjens to fill a position.
1. Data Entry - need individual(s) to open mulch orders, log information into spreadsheet, and reconcile checks before handing over to treasurer for deposit.
2. Food - need individual(s) to plan food, coordinate food donation/purchase, recruit volunteers to man food tent.
3. Delivery Kits for Trucks - need individual(s) to assemble co-pilot kits for each truck including maps, markers, knives, first aid kits, etc.
4. Administration - need individual to assemble log-in/log-out books, coordinate/collect waivers, calculate hours
5. Chase Driver Coordination - need individual to identify chase drivers, coordinate hours of participation, cell phone listings
6. Yard Boss - coordinate all equipment/mulch movements in parking lot including safety briefings to all participants (lead is Keith ARney but need backup).
7. Truck Drivers - need individuals to pickup trucks from rental location, move to interim location, drive on delivery days.
